Gym Program
Phase II Independent Gym Program
You have put a
lot of time and effort into your rehabilitation. Phase II allows you to
continue to improve your health and overall well-being in a safe and
supervised environment. By contuining your workout program at Lodi
Physical Therapy you are able to ask questions concerning your program,
make changes to your program, and work with equipment you have been
properly trained to use. We are here for you, so you can feel free to
ask any therapist or aide for advice or help. Maintaining your physical
performance is in your hands, but together we can reach your goal in a
safe and fun environment!
Who is Eligible?
- Individuals previously treated by one of our physical therapists
- Individuals interested in continuing their rehabilitation
- Individuals currently receiving physical therapy treatment may use the Gym Program in addition to their treatment
Cost
$40 per month, regardless of days used.
Note: Some third party payers may reimburse with physician's referral
Hours
Monday-Thursday 7am-6pm
Friday 7am-4pm

Aquatic Therapy Program
Lodi Physical Therapy's Aquatic Therapy Program is a valuable
addition to our comprehensive rehabilitation programs. One of our
skilled licensed Physical Therapists will treat patients one on one in
a warm aquatic environment. Our Aquatic Therapy Program is used to
complement our successful land based programs.
Advantages of water therapy include:
- Warmth to ease movement and improve circulation.
- Buoyancy to reduce compressive forces and pain.
- Hydrostatic Pressure to reduce swelling
- Resistance to stregthen muscles without compression

Running Rehab Program

Lodi Physical Therapy's Running Rehab Program can help you get the
most out of your body, and your running. You will be evaluated with
regard to your running form, flexibility, strength, posture and
biomechanical alignment. From there your therapist will construct a
program specific to your needs in order to reach your optimal running
performance.
The goals of this program are to:
- rehabilitate existing injuries
- prevent injuries
- correct biomechanical faults
- correct muscle imbalances
- improve postural alignment
- improve performance!!
Common causes of running injuries include:
- postural misalignment
- over use
- core strength deficienties
- improper foor wear
- training deficienties
- muscle strength imbalances
- lack of flexability
